One Chance

Just one chance, my beloved! And no more sorrow, no more weeping, no more pain, no more lack, no more complaints, no more worries… There is a kingdom that is more real than what you see now. It’s a one-time chance! The bus stop is just close by. One chance of holiness, of repentance, of love, of forgiveness, of restitution, of evangelism, of prayer… Just once, just one chance, and everything will be over. Put your all into it! Get it right this time; it’s not too late for you. You have all the decisions now! Just one chance to live it right.

Why the envy? Why the bitterness? Why the ego? Why the pride? Why the lust? Why the greed? Why would you miss this because of sinful pleasure, vain glory, and attributes, envy, tribalism, racism, pride, fornication, adultery, idolatry…why? It’s just one chance, and it’ll be over. Your good looks do not matter, your certificates do not matter, your achievements do not matter; it’s a one-time choice between heaven or hell! Do you heap up for moths and thieves, having no treasure to look forward to in heaven? It shall all be over one day: every tolling, every work, every pain, every pride, every envy, every ego, every celebration, every richness, every busyness, every routine, every shame, every barrenness, every sickness, even life… will all be over. But where are you going? Are you prepared, preparing, or procrastinating? It’s just one chance. Even if you pass through pain, it’s just one chance; the bus stop is very close by, you will soon get down.
