No more secrets

“Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.” – 1 Peter 5:8

“The devil didn’t have a tempter when he fell, but you do. That’s why Jesus came to save you. He knows you are weak, though you want to be free, but you can’t help yourself. The enemy sometimes gives you a false sense of security, letting you think he has left, but then he attacks you again. Your guilt and powerlessness drain your confidence as a child of God. You feel strong for a little while, but then you fall again. Aren’t you tired of constantly rising and falling? You’ve suffered many bruises. There is a way out – through Jesus. But you must do something if you really want to be free: swallow your pride and reach out!
